Motor (Third Party Liability / TPL & Full Kasko), Home (building & contents), Business (property, liability, BI), Travel (single & multi-trip), plus tailored covers.
What’s the difference between TPL and Full Kasko?
TPL covers third-party injury/damage (legal minimum). Full Kasko adds your own vehicle’s damage (accident, theft, fire, selected natural perils), with optional extras.
Can I buy TPL online?
Yes. From 5 October 2025, CAN Online enables hassle-free TPL purchase with card payment and instant e-policy.
What does Home Insurance cover?
Building (rebuild costs) and Contents (new-for-old) against fire, theft, escape of water, storm and more; optional accidental damage and valuables.
What does Business Insurance include?
Premises, stock, machinery, public/employer’s liability, and Business Interruption (choose 12–24 months indemnity). Add theft, glass, money, electronic equipment.
Are there common exclusions?
Wear & tear, gradual damage, undeclared modifications/usage (e.g., taxi), and underinsurance. Full terms are in your schedule & wordings.
How do I make changes to a policy?
WhatsApp or call to update driver, address, usage, sums insured, or add covers. We issue updated documents digitally.
How do renewals work?
We send reminders. You can renew by WhatsApp/phone/in-branch. Digital policy issued on payment.
How do I cancel a policy?
Contact us. Refunds/fees depend on type, time on risk, and claims history per policy terms.
