How can I pay my premium?
Online card (3D Secure link): Only for Motor Third Party Liability.
CAN Online portal: Status/tracking. Payment currently supports Motor Third Party Liability only.
Branch POS: Credit/debit cards for all products.
Bank transfer / EFT / FAST: For all products (write your policy/claim reference in the description; send the receipt on WhatsApp 0533 869 8222 for instant matching).
How fast do I get my Motor Third Party policy documents?
Online card (Motor Third Party): You receive your policy PDF by email within ~5 minutes of successful payment (08:00–17:00).
If you pay after-hours, you still get instant payment confirmation, and your PDF arrives the next business morning.
Your policy is also recorded with the TRNC Insurance Information Centre for verification and compliance.
Do you offer “mail order” card payments?
Yes. For products other than Motor Third Party, you may pay via a Digital Mail Order Authorization Form (card-not-present).
How it works:
We send you a secure e-form link.
You e-sign and enter card details (encrypted).
We process via a PCI-compliant gateway and issue your policy same business day once approved (or next business morning after-hours).
You receive an e-receipt and then the tax invoice when the transaction posts.
Security: We never collect card data by phone/WhatsApp/plain email. You can revoke authorization before capture.
